Benxi Steel almost triples HR production
China's Liaoning province based steelmaker Benxi Iron and Steel Group contracted for 477'000 tons of hot rolled steel products through January – June 2005. The figure indicates a 2.9 times increase from the same period of 2004. Besides, the company also boosted its higher quality steel production such as pipeline steel, shipbuilding steel, HR automotive steel 84.93% year on year to 730'000 tons.Benxi Steel almost triples HR production
