On July 7, Neimenggu Province-based Baotou Steel announced a hike of RMB 100/mt ($14/mt) for its medium plate. After the adjustment, the price of Q235 14-20 mm now stands at RMB 6,300/mt ($919/mt).
The above prices include taxes (17 percent VAT) and are effective as of July 7.
