Based on the authorization of China's State Administration of Inspection and Quarantine, experts from the country's national steel product research and test center have announced that the stainless steel plate produced by Baosteel is in accordance with the requirements for manufacturing special equipment (including high-pressure containers, elevators and hoisting machines).
With its manufacturing license for special equipment, Baosteel's production line for stainless steel plate will now be able to produce materials destined for special equipment manufacture.
