On July 20, Baosteel released its September ex-factory prices for color coated coil. The details are as follows:
The ex-factory price of < 0.5 mm thick color coated coils has decreased RMB 100/mt ($13/mt), while that of > 0.5mm thick color coated coils has been reduced by RMB 200/mt ($26/mt). After adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick TDC51D color coated coils is RMB 6,357/mt ($840/mt).
The above price excludes 17 percent VAT.
