Baosteel maintains steel supplies to FAW-VW Automobile Co.

Chinese steel giant Baosteel Group has stated that it is continuing to supply high quality products to FAW-VW Automobile Co., a Chinese joint venture between First Automobile Works and Volkswagen Group, as it seeks to actively meet demand from the automotive sector.
 
In this regard, in the first three quarters of the current year Jilin Province-based company Changchun FBS Steel Processing & Distribution Co., a joint venture between FAW-VW Automobile Co. and Shanghai Baosteel International Economic and Trade Co., supplied 126,200 mt of auto sheets to FAW-VW Automobile Co.
