ASW close down all mills but Sheerness

The latest information regarding the developments on ASW is that all plants are expected to close this week on Wednesday except Sheerness. Sheerness will roll rebars through September 2002, and then probably will start rolling angles. Sheerness is a better plant an therefore the receivers (KPMG) would rather sell this mill as a going concern. According to reports to SteelOrbis, the mill has been already visited by Riva last week.
