Arcelor Sections Commercial reduces scrap surcharge

According to the statement released by Arcelor Sections Commercial, the company, referring to the December scrap prices in the European market, has decided to reduce its scrap surcharge on all beams and sections. The new scrap surcharge effective for deliveries as of January 1, 2005 has been announced as €105 per ton. December surcharge on the same products was €143 per ton.
