Arcelor Sections announces November surcharge

Arcelor Sections Commercial, after reviewing the October scrap prices in the European market, decided to decrease its scrap surcharge on all beams and sections, according to a statement released by the company. Arcelor announced that the new scrap surcharge will be €75 per ton effective for deliveries as of November 1, 2005. The October surcharge on the same products was €107 per ton.
