Arcelor Sections announces July surcharge

Arcelor Sections Commercial, after reviewing the June scrap prices in the European market, decided to lower its scrap surcharge on all beams and sections, according to a statement released by the company. Arcelor announced that the new scrap surcharge will be €33 per ton effective for deliveries as of July 1, 2005. The June surcharge on the same products was €56 per ton.
