A full review on steel concrete rebars from Turkey by ITC

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a notice of scheduling of a full five-year review concerning the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey. The full review which will be conducted by the ITC is to determine whether revocation of the duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars from Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US steel industry within a relatively anticipated time. A hearing in connection with the review will be held by the Commission on December 12, 2002.
