How does Auto-Remember Me work?

Your login will automatically be remembered until you specifically log out. If you clean your cache or cookies, auto remember does not work.

Session expire time is 1 hour.

Why do I get a "This e-mail does not exist in our system. Please try again." error?

The e-mail entered did not match the information stored in our database.

If you don’t know your e-mail for login, contact another user in your company registered to SteelOrbis. This other user can go to the Contacts section under My Company and view your e-mail. If you are the only user recorded in our system or need any additional help, contact Customer Support at cs@steelorbis.com.

Why do I get an "Incorrect password" error?

The password entered did not match the information stored in our database. Please note that you should not use the space bar at the beginning or end of your password.

If you do not know your password, please click on the link: Forgot Password.

How do I change my password?

Log in to SteelOrbis and click My Profile link on My SteelOrbis page. On the left menu click on Change Password link.

If your profile is not visible, click Change Password link on My SteelOrbis page.

Follow the instructions on the screen and click Save.

Why do I get an “Account already in use” error?

You are already logged in to the system. Please check:

  • If you have logged in on a different computer before, you must first log out from that computer in order to be able to log in on the current computer.

  • Please note that we have an exception for mobile devices. You can be logged in to your account from a computer and a mobile device at the same time.

  • If you have cleaned your cache or your cookies, auto remember function does not work properly.
