South Korean mill actively bidding on Japanese H2 scrap

Sources inform SteelOrbis that Hyundai Steel, South Korea’s leading EAF, is actively bidding for Japanese H2 scrap at JPY 28,500 ($260/mt) FOB Japan. Compared to a now known bid level of JPY 29,500/mt ($267/mt) FOB Japan level, the bid level has decreased $7/mt.
