February Ohio Valley scrap pricing up $35-45/gt amid low inventories, weather-related transportation issues

US scrap prices in the Ohio Valley for January settled up $35-45/gt versus January values amid reports of scarce inventory at both suppliers and mills. Prices were also higher as weather-related problems continued to affect local scrap deliveries. Settled prices are below:
