Ex-Japan scrap deals in Vietnam

SteelOrbis has been informed that three Japanese scrap suppliers concluded deals in Vietnam at the beginning of the current week.
 
Accordingly, a Japanese supplier concluded a deal in Vietnam for a scrap cargo totaling 15,000 mt, consisting of shredded scrap and a mixture of H1 and H2 grade scrap, at the average price level of $243/mt CFR.
 
The second Japanese supplier sold 4,000 mt of P&S grade scrap to a different Vietnamese buyer at $265/mt CFR.
 
Additionally, the third transaction from Japan to Vietnam was concluded between a different buyer and seller for H2 grade scrap as break bulk cargo at $237/mt CFR. After this deal, Japanese offers to Vietnam for H2 grade scrap as break bulk cargo have declined by $3/mt week on week to $237-260/mt CFR.
