SteelOrbis has been informed that stockists' prices for
merchant bar of 140 mm and below sizes in the
UK domestic market are varying in a range of ₤660-690/mt ($1,181-1,235/mt) delivered to customer, on actual weight basis, with 60-day deferred payment, excluding VAT. The prices in the U.K. have been maintaining their downtrend. It is heard that difficulties with regard to demand have also been continuing.
