Italian rebar prices rise slightly

After having previously collected orders at €345/mt ($376/mt) ex-works, Italian rebar producers have increased their offers for their local market by €5-10/mt to €355/mt ($387/mt) ex-works, seeking to halt the decline in prices which started in mid-September.

In the meantime, demand has remained weak and this price increase is supported only by the recent slight rise in scrap prices.
