It is heard that Spanish mills' angle and flat bar offers to Portugal are currently standing in the range of €395-425/mt ($597-642/mt), while the offers given for IPN up to 180 mm and UPN up to 160 mm to the same country are at €390-410/mt ($589-619/mt). The prices are on actual weight basis, excluding VAT, for delivery to customer and deferred payment. Some Spanish mills have increased their offers to Portugal while others have not. Thus, this week different price levels have been observed in the market.
