Chinese billet offer to Vietnam

The new billet export offer price of Chinese steelmaker Kunming Iron & Steel, as stated by the producer to SteelOrbis, is around $480/mt FOB Kunming-Vietnam Border Gate for April delivery. The price has increased around $35/mt compared with March deliveries. Currently, the billet price in the city of Tangshan in China is around $388/mt. The current Chinese export tariff for billet is 10 percent.
