Brazilian import offers for CRC from China is currently priced at $557/mt, CFR conditions for shipments to a port in the South or Southeastern coast of Brazil, with the SAE 1008/SPCC grade as reference, the same as two weeks ago.
In June, Brazilian imports and exports of CRC remain at a low pace, according to preliminary numbers from the local customs. Import and export volumes are still reflecting the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic over the economy and ports operations.
In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is currently offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 3,390/mt ($636/mt), against BRL 3,163/mt two weeks ago, ex-works, no taxes included.
