Xingtai, Keller plan auto steel plant

China's Xingtai Iron & Steel announced plans to build an automobile components plant in Beijing in joint venture with German A & E Keller. The plant will produce cold-rolled and shaped components for the automobile industry. It is reported that the plant will supply cold-shaped components to Mercedes Benz, BMW and General Motors.
