Wu'an Mingfang Steel starts work on reorganization project

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Wu’an Mingfang Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.
(Wu'an Mingfang Steel) has announced that it has started its reorganization project of merging into a new company called Hebei Taihang Steel Group with other four steel enterprises in China.

Accordingly, construction work on the new company’s facilities will be completed by the end of 2016, with the new company also beginning its production operations by then.
