Voestalpine to modernize EAF of Cascade

With the new project, two-bucket charge will be utilized while loading
scrap rather than the current three-bucket charging procedure. Voestalpine will benefit from VAI Fuchs, a subsidiary of Voestalpine AG, to increase the
production of EAF.
In line with the contract, Voestalpine AG will provide engineering, equipment procurement and advisory site services, in return for these Cascade Steel Rolling Mills will conduct
construction works.
