The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has scheduled its vote in the preliminary injury investigation of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China.

The ITC will vote on October 30, 2009.

If the ITC makes a negative determination, these investigations will be terminated. On the other hand, if the ITC makes an affirmative determination, these investigations will continue, and the US Department of Commerce (DOC) will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations.
