The United State International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite its five-year (sunset) review concerning the antidumping duty order on imports of non-malleable cast iron pipes fittings from China.

The ITC will conduct a review to determine whether the revocation of the order would likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The ITC invites all interested parties to file their reports that discuss the likely effects of revocation of the order in question and provide other pertinent information.
