US DOC: Preliminary results of CVD review on pipes from Turkey
On April 22, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain welded carbon steel standard pipe from Turkey covering the period of review January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that the total estimated net countervailable subsidy rate for Turkish producer Borusan Group is 0.27 percent ad valorem, which is de minimis.
