US DOC: Preliminary results of CVD review on CTL plate from Belgium

On November 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the countervailing duty order (CVD) on cut-to-length (CTL) carbon steel plate from Belgium. On the basis of the notices of intent to participate and an adequate substantive response filed on behalf of domestic interested parties and adequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC determined to conduct full a sunset review of this order. As a result of this sunset review, the DOC found that revocation of the CVD order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidy at the levels indicated below:
