US DOC partially rescinds AD review on pipe fittings from China
On May 31, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings imported from China for the period April 1, 2005, through March 31, 2006. The review covered Myland Industrial Co Ltd, Buxin Myland Ltd, Jinan Meide Corporation (JMC) and SFTEC. Since Ward Manufacturing Inc, a domestic producer of the subject merchandise, timely withdrew its request for an administrative review regarding JMC and SFTEC, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to these two producers. However, the review with respect to Myland and Buxin will continue.
