On June 23, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) received a request from Chinese producers Shanghai Jinneng and Jiangxi Gangyuan for a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on silicon metal imported from China. The producers certified that they did not export subject merchandise to the US during the period of the investigation.
