According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in June this year Ukraine's steel pipe exports decreased by 37.9 percent compared to May, falling to 85,080 mt, worth a total of $100.01 million. In the January-June period, Ukrainian exports of steel pipes increased by 1.9 percent compared to the same period of 2011, rising to 896,330 mt, worth a total of $1.084 billion.
On the other hand, in the given month, imports of steel pipes to Ukraine decreased by 26.2 percent month on month to 5,270 mt, worth a total of $13.6 million.
