Sabre Industries open new steel utility structures facility in Pennsylvania

Alvarado, Texas-based manufacturer Sabre Industries, Inc. announced Thursday the establishment of Sabre Tubular Structures-PA. Located outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this facility initially provides the company with an additional 145,000 square feet of production capacity for steel utility structures.

Peter J. Sandore, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sabre Industries, Inc., commented, "We are pleased to announce the addition of Sabre Tubular Structures-PA. By providing speed to market and reduced freight costs, this facility allows Sabre Tubular Structures to better serve our Northeast customers. The addition of this facility also offers Sabre Industries an excellent opportunity for future growth in other steel pole markets."

Sabre Industries' utility division, Sabre Tubular Structures, designs and manufactures steel utility structures. Its headquarters are located on Sabre Industries' industrial complex in Alvarado, Texas. The addition of Sabre Tubular Structures-PA provides Sabre Industries with the manufacturing capacity necessary to reduce current lead times, and positions it for long-term growth, according to a press release from the company.
