POSCO DAEWOO acquires metal fabricator and distributor

POSCO DAEWOO, South Korea’s largest trading company and subsidiary of South Korean steelmaker POSCO Group, has announced that it has acquired POSCO P&S, metal fabricator and distributor of POSCO Group, as of March 1.
 
This merger will enable the company to consolidate the steel distribution channel of POSCO Group and is aimed at providing optimum service for clients.
