Iranian integrated flat steel mill Mobarakeh Steel produced 362,000 mt of slab and 374,000 mt of hot rolled coil in the first month (March 21-April 20) of the current Iranian year, up five percent and 63 percent respectively compared to same month of the last year, according to the new figures from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
As SteelOrbis previously reported, Saba compact strip processing plant, a subsidary of Mobarakeh, produced 58,000 mt of thin slab and 59,000 mt of hot rolled coil in the first month of the current Iranian year, up 23 percent and 31 percent respectively compared to the same month of the last Iranian year, according to the same source.
