Mobarakeh Steel to increase exports to Southeast Asia

Mobarakeh Steel officials have recently announced that the company will increase its exports to Southeast Asian countries next year in order to meet rising demand for steel. The Iranian steel producer currently exports 40% of its total exports of 800'000 tons to Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and India. Company officials stated that exports of the company will increase to 1 million tons next year and the exports to the Southeast Asian countries will amount to 400'000 tons.
