MMK raises scrap consumption

During first five months of 2006, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) increased the consumption of scrap by 12.3 percent compared to the same period of last year. In June of 2006, MMK's consumption of scrap rose 42 percent from May of 2006.
