Li Keqiang: China to eliminate 50 million mt of steel capacity in 2017
On March 5, at the 12th National People's Congress in Beijing, Chinese premier Li Keqiang stated in a government work report that China will eliminate about 50 million metric tons of steel production capacity and 150 million metric tons of coal production capacity in 2017.
