Korea initiates AD investigation on imports from three countries

It is reported that Korea is preparing to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on the steel imports coming from Japan, India and Spain. The investigation will be initiated as a result of the request filed by the Korean steel mill Bae Myung Metal Co, complaining about the surge of imports from the aforementioned three countries. The Korean Trade Committee will now start to investigate these imports for three months and thereafter will decide whether to implement anti-dumping duties on steel products from Japan, India and Spain.
