Kazakh scrap exporters left China

Kazakhstan has diverted scrap supplies from its main importer China to other destinations due to a substantial difference in purchasing prices. The Chinese consumers of Kazakh A3 scrap have been holding the price beneath $212-215 per ton for a period of three weeks.
