ITC determination on PC steel wire strand imported from Japan

US International Trade Commission (ITC) on January 2, 2004 initiated sunset review (full five-year) of the anti-dumping duty order on prestressed concrete (PC) steel wire strand imported from Japan. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, ITC on April 6, 2004 determined to conduct an expedited review of the anti-dumping duty on subject merchandise imported from Japan. As a result of this review, ITC determined that revocation of the anti-dumping finding on PC steel wire strand imported from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US steel industry.
