Italy-based Tenova, a Techint Group company specialized in innovative solutions for the metals and mining industries, has announced that it will supply new roll grinders to Vietnam-based steelmaker Hoa Phat Group for the latter’s new hot rolling mill in Dung Quat.
The new roll grinders will enable Hoa Phat to achieve the best roll surface quality.
Tenova will also provide all sorts of maintenance support for the rolling mill.
Hoa Phat has an annual production capacity of 8.5 million mt of crude steel.
