India imposes AD duty on ductile iron pipes from China

Upon the findings and the recommendations of the Indian Ministry of Commerce & Industry, the Indian Ministry of Finance has decided to impose antidumping duties on ductile iron pipes imported from China.

According to the official release published on September 14, 2007, the subject merchandise exported by Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Company Ltd to India will be subject to a duty of $127.4/mt, and the same products exported by other Chinese producers will be subject to a duty of $139.79/mt.
