Northeastern China's Fushun Special Steel Co., Ltd recently produced its first round bars destined for rolling H13 low carbon hot rolled mandrel steels at its 850 rolling mill. Both the shape and size of the product in question have passed inspection. H13 steel is a high alloy tool steel with high deformation resistance which requires an advanced rolling technique. Thus, its ability to roll this product represents further technological progress for Fushun Steel.
