Egypt’s EZDK posts unaudited net profit of $122 million for 2010

According to press reports, on May 16 Egypt-based Ezz Steel's subsidiary Ezz Dekheila Steel (EZDK) announced that its unaudited 2010 net profit was unchanged compared to the previous year, remaining at EGP 724 million ($122 million).

In a brief statement, the company also said that its revenues rose by 21 percent year on year in the given year to $1.6 billion.

Ezz Steel, Egypt's largest steel producer holds a 55 percent stake in EZDK.
