DOC cancels AD review on certain CTL plates from China

On December 27, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from China for the period November 3, 2003, through October 31, 2004. The review was initiated upon the request of Beijing Shougang Xingang Company and Beijing Alliance of Xingang Science and Trade Company (collectively Shougang). Since the producer withdrew its request for an administrative review, the DOC decided to cancel the investigation.
