Demand for Rio Tinto iron ore is strong

According to the recent news in the market, Anglo-Australian mining giant Rio Tinto will hold a meeting today to update its iron ore operations as demand for Rio Tinto iron ore from China and the other countries in Asia is pretty strong. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Rio Tinto's subsidiary Hamersley Iron opened a new iron ore mine called Eastern Range in the Pilbara region of Western Australia with the purpose of meeting strong iron ore demand from China.
