China’s crude steel output up 5.8 percent in January-February

In the January-February period of the current year, China produced 113.54 million mt of pig iron, 128.77 million mt of crude steel and 166.55 million mt of finished steel, increasing by 5.6 percent, 5.8 percent and 4.1 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
