China initiated 15 anti-dumping investigations since its entry to WTO

In a recent statement released from China Ministry of Commerce (MOC), it is reported that China has been initiated fifteen anti-dumping investigations since it entered to World Trade Organization (WTO) on December 11, 2001. However, since China issued anti-dumping regulations in 1997, it is reported that China has conducted twenty-seven anti-dumping investigations on the products imported from the countries, including US, EU, Japan and Korea. The anti-dumping investigation included the imported products from steel, chemical, textiles and telecommunications industries. It is stated after the investigations, eighteen cases were concluded with anti-dumping duty, with the allege of imports' having damaged domestic industry.
