Bhushan Steel books order from Larsen & Toubro

Indian steelmaker Bhushan Steel Limited has booked a new order worth INR 1.6 billion from Mumbai, India-based engineering, construction and manufacturing company Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) subsidiary Metallurgical, Material Handling & Water Operating Company.

The order is for the design, engineering, manufacture and supply of conveyor and auxiliary equipment for the raw material handling system at the company's ongoing integrated steel plant project with six million mt annual capacity in Meramandali, Orissa. The order has to be executed in 16 months.
