Baosteel supplies nearly half of China’s car industry
According to the latest statistics from China's Baoshan Iron and Steel Group (Baosteel), the company holds a 45 percent share in China's auto sheet market. The company currently has 193 auto sheet brand names. Baosteel is a major supplier for cars such as the Audi A6 and Passat B5. The company also exports its products to Ford and Fiat.
