Argentina's crude steel output up

Argentina's steel chamber CIS disclosed that the country's crude steel production rose 11.1 percent year on year to 490,500 metric tons in June. However, June steel production was 0.3 percent lower than May figure. Hot rolled steel output increased 28.8 percent year on year to 415,500 metric tons in June while cold rolled steel output fell 1.6 percent to 117,800 metric tons.
