Anshan Steel merges with Benxi Steel
Chinese steel producer Anshan Iron and Steel Group will merge with fellow Chinese steel producer Benxi Steel, sources report. The two companies will combine for a total annual capacity of 20 million tons, making it China's second largest steel producer.
